A faith community in the Roman Catholic tradition

On February 22, 2014 St. Lucy’s Holy Name had its 16th annual Taste of Italy.  Throughout the year St. Lucy's holds various functions to gather the parish together in fellowship. The Taste of Italy is an Italian smorgasbord featuring twelve stations of different Italian foods plus salad, desert, coffee, soda, and wine...all for only $10.  The food is prepared by the area’s top Italian restaurants.  The church hall was filled to capacity with everyone enjoying the different Italian delicacies.  Entertainment was provided by Mike Lanzo.  We thank the following restaurants: Casa Bella, Fratelli's, La Trattoria, Siedel's, Villa Maria, and Vincenzo's.  We thank the following parishioners for their delicious contributions: Shirley Guido, Pam Guido, Michele Holden, Carl Savino, and Patty DeLeo.  And we also thank the members of the Holy Name Society who planned and served the Taste of Italy.
